As the budget approaches, once again, we’re already hearing the same old rhetoric from this tired hapless (or should that be “helpless”), excuse of a government.

So let’s not expect to hear anything other than what we’ve already heard before:

“We’re all in this together” (unless you’re in the top 5% of earners, in which case you’ll be getting Tax Cuts when the rest of us will be squeezed even further!)

TINA (There Is No Alternative). What a load of utter hogwash! Of course there are alternatives. There are always alternatives! But this bunch of self interested chums who have never done a hard day’s work in their lives have no clue because they simply refuse to listen to anyone else, believing that they have some talent for mending a “broken economy” that basically involves taking a scalpel to it’s jugular vein and watching it bleed to death!

The alternatives that this CONDEM excuse of a govt fails to see are that if businesses can’t borrow money, they can’t make money. If businesses can’t make money, they don’t pay tax. If Businesses don’t pay tax, then the govt has to borrow more money to pay unemployment benefit to all the people it keeps sacking from the public.

That’s why they are borrowing more money now than when they came into power. And that is why the economy is heading for a TRIPLE DIP RECESSION.

It really is that simple. It isn’t rocket science!

Forget all of the smoke & mirrors about having to make “difficult decisions”. This whole Financial Crisis is being used by the Tories to achieve what every Tory Party government has always wanted to do. That is:

To rip up the Public sector allow their capitalist chums to have a feeding frenzy and make a quick profit on the Public Assets by selling them off to the highest bidder. Profiteering for the lads!

& the gLib Dems stand by and let them get away with it. Shame on them! What do they say about Power & Corruption????

And they are succeeding magnificently & nobody seems to be asking what the hell is going on? Why are we letting them get away with this?

Look at what they are doing to the NHS locally!!!! The Nelson sold off to Virgin! The car park to be turned into flats & sold at massive profit!

Not to mention the huge cuts to services at St Helier & Kingston hospitals and persistent threat of closure.

Then of course there’s the continued enforced academisation of local schools. Within the next 12 - 18 months, all secondary school in this borough will have been forced into becoming an academy due to this government’s aggressive pursuit of this policy.  Ably abetted by Ofsted (Wilshaw’ s army), systematically failing schools to ensure that they must adopt academy status. This is PRIVATISATION through the back door & they know it.

The bottom line is that no matter what this Shambolic government say on Wednesday, we all know that they have already made up their minds, that WE are the ones who will have to pay (and pay dearly), whilst they merrily apply their Class Ideology on us all and laugh all the way to the bank!

Are we all so meek that we cannot make our voices be heard?
